I think the noeasy double sided pcs are all matte? I have a couple just from the standard album versions and they all have the same matte texture. If you’re wondering why they chose to design them that way idk but I love the variety it gives!

I don't think so? I'm choosing to trust the other coments about how every noeasy album comes with one, but I also have a shiny felix and hyunjin from the same noeasy.

Yes that is correct, I said that specifcally the double sided ones in that album are matte texture, The others are all shiny tho. Every noeasy standard version album (green or blue ones) comes with one double sided pc, it’s a random chance out of 8, which also have a matte finish.

I have the seungmin and a Felix one like that, they’re both the same so I think it’s just the design (?) but also the 5-STAR Pcs are shiny on the front but matte on the back

Every NOEASY album comes with a photocard like that, you can get one of any member, not just Seungmin! It's just how the creative team chose to design the cards, for whatever reason.
