Question for the Halloween toploader event

Haii, I wanna take part in the Halloween deco toploader event but I can't figure out how to. I've read the instructions, I'm stuck over the pumpkin icon part. I don't see it on my toploader, either I misread or misunderstood but can someone please dumb it down for me? I am a little slow from time to time 😭 thank youu^^
