I always buy from "tokki shop". It's a german shop but they ship worldwide (I guess) and shipping over 50 € is free and under 50 it costs about 3-5 €. But also I know Nolae or aegyo kpop store.

Yes! Atleast for me it’s max 5 euro’s and it’s free if you come pick it up in their store, and nolae is also a good store

I think the best way by some group order. I'm doing some and by my experience there isn't any better way (if you want new, no second hand) to find cheaper things. And you always find some gom who are doing specific groups
