How do you organize your binders?
I always feel curious about this๐ซช because I have the pcs organized by colors but sometimes I want to change it and I don't know how ๐ถโ๐ซ๏ธ

My group specific binders are organized by member, going from oldest to youngest (the leader gets put in front tho no matter where they fall) and then I just put the pcs in order from oldest album to newest album

I organize mine starting with the group I have the most cards for down to the least. Within each group, I do the same for members - from most to least collected. Then, for each member, I put all PCs in chronological order. My boyfriend created an Excel spreadsheet for me to count, catalog, and sort both my albums and photocards, which makes keeping track of everything super easy! ๐

Mine is by album since Im more of an album collector than pc๐ญ

my binders are a mess currently but in the future i aim to store my sets as sets and othets by album/era and depending if i have enough i do pages for each outfit. oh and also i separate non album pcs from album pcs โบ๏ธ

I have A4 binders for OT8 sets and those are organized in order of release. I have A5 binders with 2 members in each. Those are organized by 1) albums in chronological order, 2) Japanese albums, and 3) non-album and merch photocards.
I also have clear sleeves for OT8 sets and have a color for each member in their own section.

I only collect BTS (mainly Jin) So i've decided to have one binder for OT7 and one for just Jin. I try to organise it by albums and in what order they came out โบ๏ธ

I go by album when I organize! I have one binder jsut for twice and it starts with non-album pcs like their seasons greetings them from like ooh ahh โ> story goes on & solos

My A5 binders are organized by member then whatever order I get them in ๐
itโs a mess lol. I also have a specific binder for Group/units and sets. My Xikers binder is set up the same way
Itโs basically the same for my A4 binder but not every group is separated by members. Most are just in age order since I donโt have a lot of them

I have 2 binders for โgeneralโ in Album and everything else; everything else has some OT6 sets that are more easily obtained (included cards for and photobooks and whatever else), Album has the โmainโ Album pcs ot6 (+ some misc sets for pre releases and such) -> all ot6 + chronological
And for the A4s its also split into Album and other stuff, Albums is just whatever POB sets I decide to ot6 + all Bae (Bae at ot6 separated, everything in their category by fit/vibes) and then non Album A4 is split into misc/sgs/photobooks/events, either Baes in the front and then ot6 sets after the corresponding Baes
Its a mess written out (oh and Units / Groups are where ever basically, corrently a bunch are in boxes bc I ran out of sleeves)

Haha don't worry I understand ๐โโ๏ธ and I feel you with the pcs in a box, I have someones in a tea/chamomile box at least they smell good ๐
And sometimes I was thinking about buying an A5 for the album pcs but the amounts in every era don't match so mostly of the pages would have 1 space without pc ๐ฎโ๐จ like 5 for one or 6 and 9 so ๐ฅฒ

I generally go chronologically, within an era I generally go album->pob/benefit->merch. I don't really mind abt what member goes first, just whatever tickles my brain most lol ๐ but I'm definitely going to Tey to go by colour now, it looks so good!

Ohh the era ones that looks really pretty when you have the pages finished ๐ค And I think that organizing by color can help more when you take photos for Insta so you don't have to search for them page by page ๐โโ๏ธ but if you want to search for some specific ones and different eras it becomes difficult ๐ฎโ๐จ

Usually I do it by chronological album order and within that by members age order. I like having all the pcs that belong to the same album together and age order just seems natural

Ohh that would look really good ๐โโ๏ธ but i don't really collect all of the members because i like the pobs and the prices are ๐ but i will keep it in mind when I get more money ๐โโ๏ธ
