Where’s all the Vinyl?! 😞

This is a bit of a long one lol… I’ve only recently gotten into K-pop and collecting physical K-dramas/movies. After years of Netflix and Spotify, I’ve become so tired of streaming everything and paying endlessly without actually owning what I consume. K-drama physical releases are sadly pretty limited, and what does get released often sells out quickly. I’d love to own things like Suspicious Partner, Fated to Love You or even Kingdom (although that one seems VERY unlikely 😂). Luckily, Korean movies are much easier to collect! As for K-pop, I only have three albums so far: Born Pink and THIS & THAT on vinyl, and DO IT on CD. I’m also waiting for HAPPY BURSTDAY on vinyl. There’s also “SLASH” from the Deadpool & Wolverine OST on vinyl too and absolutely LOVE it! So why doesn’t K-pop get released on vinyl more often? I know the younger audience and lack of turntables probably play a part, and K-pop albums can already be pretty expensive. The amount some people spend on Vinyl wouldn’t it be cool to add that to your collection too? Imagine displaying the record on your wall or on your bookshelf! I don’t have a huge record collection at the moment but I’m sure I would have a much bigger collection if there were more vinyl releases and physical releases of my favorite K-dramas! 😂😭
