What does this popup mean?

Hii I am trying to upload some pcs to the marketplace, but this popup keeps showing up. Its happened for these past two days now, and it isnt a problem for my other pcs. Im trying to upload some signed pcs and I think that is the problem. Any help? Or is the app having a bug? Thanks!

Heyhey, I sometimes get this when the picture is edited (mainly when I ‘draw’ on it to correct imperfections) it usually works again when I screenshot said picture and try to upload again (iPhone)

I found out that when i upload on my phone, it sometimes doesn't go through when i upload it from that first window of recent files that opens, but i need to upload it through the browse tab. Every time i uploaded it through browse it went through without a problem, maybe this could help? I hope my explanation isn't even more confusing than the popup 😭
