I always recommend waiting for end of year or clearance sales for supplies because they are expensive especially with shipping

Thats completely depends on personal preference. If ur willing to spend all $60 then go for it, but if u want some money left over I'd set a limit to maybe $40? Depends on how much you'd like left over
