How do I listen to the This & That CD's?

EDIT: I understand how these work now, but on a separte note (since I have 2 pairs) if I were to turn one pair into earrings... Truck version or & version as a fashion statement? Original Post: The only CD player I have is in my car, and I've been colleting the albums, specifically to listen to in the car. My car CD player will not take them. How do I listen to these mini cd-r's? Is there a special player I have to buy? Do I turn them into earrings? Halp!!
