My mirror came cracked!

The tin it came in was fully undamaged, so why is my mirror cracked? Carelessness in packaging at the JYP factory?? I sent a help request message via the Stray Kid's shop, where I purchased, but I'm not hopeful that they will send me a replacement. Did this happen to anyone else?
