Kpop dances

Hi! I want to start by saying I am NOT a dancer lol in fact I am pretty bad but id like to learn one or a few. My ults are SKZ and BTS which I dont think are great places to start 🤣 they all look pretty hard. Ive recently started getting i to IVE and ITZY so maybe something from one of them? Anyway whats some easy dances I could try to learn?

Uhhh okay let me think. Ceremony is not that hard I guess, also cheese is good for hand practice. Pretty basic but I thing chk chk boom is a great song to start. From BTS there is ON to practice balance and timing a bit. Swim is also not hard. If you need any tips you can DM me, I love to help newbies wirh dancing kpop as some people helped me at the beginning so I want to help others too

Honestly ON, from what I remember, scares the crap out of me lol im not sure I know that cheese has one. I did start to try bang bang (not alot ive been busy) and its not going well 🤣

@caelynn0406 hahaha yeah ON is not the easiest one, I would say its good for practive when you already begun, or a little challenge for you when you start to feel more confident. When seing the dance practice it seems scary but it takes a looonnnggg time to do it like the idols, so when you just do it with less power, its not that hard. Yeah cheese doesnt have an original choreo, but there is this and choreo from leeknow I really enjoyed learning :)) In my opinion, Bangbang is not the best choreo to start with, but not the worst either. It kinda needs much feeling for the beats and body control and control of your energy. I would definitely recommend Swim :)

And how do you do start? Reels on Instagram, the official dance practices?

@caelynn0406 I first startet with „dance tutorials“ shorts on insta, but I would definitely recommend mirrored official dance practices. First watch the part you wanna learn once, listen to the beats and try to remember some moves. For the second time watching, try to do the moves while watching a bit. Then you can start to take closer looks at moves, do them yourself until it looks good, and try to remember the sequence. Then its just practice, repeat, and most important, feedback. Try to get feedback from friends, family, and in the best case other dancers. I can give you feedback too in case youre looking for a dancer giving you tips :)

I would not recommend thats a no no, even for me as a dancer sonce 2 years its kinda hard…

when I got back into dancing I tried In the Morning by ITZY and uhh i wouldn't recommend it. I tried Cheshire too and it's easier but still fun

I REALLY want to learn in the morning but I know I wont be able to. Maybe in the future if im able to do others lol also I didnt know Cheshire had a dance I really like that song

Gogo by bts was the first one I ever learnt 😭 I’d start from there if you wanna learn BTS ☺️
